About Me
I came into this world as the final exams for the Master’s program in computer science at the University of North Texas were underway. The bankruptcy of Arthur Andersen Consulting led me to Kuwait in my earliest years. Beirut later marked a new era of my life as the first You Tube video uploaded marked a new era for the world. I temporarily called Cairo home with young dreams of helping others, following the publication of the final chromosome sequence of the Human Genome Project. Soon after and for five years, Amman became my refuge following the establishment of the Human Rights Council within the United Nations. Just Prior to the stock market’s most severe decline, I followed my father through his banking career to Abu Dhabi, only to return to Beirut on my own just prior to the rise of the worlds’ tallest “Burj Khalifa”- upon my graduation. As the “Arab Spring” swept the region, I fled to Washington DC during its cherry blossom season, only to return to Beirut just as the dust settled. I found myself in Cairo once more after the pink atomic blast shook Beirut, and finally stability in Milan after the awakenings and epiphanies of the Pandemic.

About My Design Ideologies
I’ve unknowingly built the designer that I am today along the unplanned path of my life, and consciously enforced my knowledge of design through education and dedication. Through my work, and along said path, I explore the ideas of home, play, culture, politics, the senses and perception, all through a multifaceted lens of philosophy, anthropology, psychology, art, and technology- applied through the design thinking process. Now, I design for knowledge, for change and for the people. I believe in pure research, integrity and quality. And I desire to challenge all boundaries.
